Kristen's hope for everyone is a world without psychiatric medications. Some are ready for that and others aren't. Whether you are interested in learning what to do other than medication, wanting to discuss medication options, or remain on your current medication, Kristen will provide discussion and education.
On purpose Kristen designed her practice so you can see one provider for therapy and medication management.
Kristen will also see you for therapy only, or medication management only.
Healing Touch is a form of energy work. Healing Touch can be performed as part of every session to relax and balance your energy field to promote insights, relaxation, self healing and more.
